I'm Nadia Omair

Operational strategist. Systems builder. The partner scaling founders bring in when the business has outgrown how it was built.

For the past seven years, I've worked inside growing service-based businesses — not as an advisor standing on the outside, but as a strategic operational partner embedded in the work. Designing the systems. Building the infrastructure. Leading the execution. Doing the thing that most consultants won't — staying until it's actually done.

I've worked with founders who had built something genuinely impressive — consistent revenue, a growing team, strong demand for what they do — but who were still the central point holding everything together. They were managing while trying to lead. They were in the day-to-day when they needed to be in the big picture. And the business, despite all its success, still couldn't fully function without them.

That’s the problem I exist to solve.

FEATURED IN

I didn't build this business because it was the logical next step.

I built it because I made a choice.

When my son was born, something shifted in how I thought about work, time, and what I actually wanted to build with my life. The traditional path — the 9 to 5, the commute, the career that took everything and left you pieces — wasn't the future I wanted anymore. I wanted to keep growing professionally. I wanted to do work that mattered. But I wanted to do it on my own terms, with the freedom to show up for my family and for myself.

So I looked clearly at what I was genuinely good at.

Throughout my career — across teaching, school management, training organisations, compliance systems, and operational improvement — I kept showing up in the same place. Behind the scenes. Making complex environments work. Bringing structure to chaos. Whether it was designing a process, building a system, or untangling an operation that had grown faster than its infrastructure, that was always the work I was drawn to. The work that came naturally.

When I started working with business owners, I saw exactly the same problem I'd always been solving — just in a different context. Brilliant founders who had built real businesses, but whose operational infrastructure hadn't evolved alongside their growth. The business had outgrown its foundations. And the founder was paying for it — in mental load, in time, in the creeping feeling that if she stepped back, everything would quietly start to fall apart.

Winowin Consulting was built to solve that problem. Not to be another support service. To be the operational partner that scaling founders actually need.

Not founders still searching for their first clients. Not businesses Trying to survive their early years.

I work with founders who have already built something real.

I work with founders who have proven their offers, built consistent revenue, and grown a team — but who are now at the stage where the way the business was built no longer supports the business it’s becoming.
She has people around her. She has tools and systems of a kind. But operationally, the business still runs through her. Her team still comes to her for answers. Her SOPs are half-built. Her systems are fragmented. And despite everything she’s built, she can’t seem to step out of the day-to-day.
That's who I work with. And that's the work I do.

She doesn't need someone to take tasks off her plate. She needs someone to redesign the plate entirely.

In 2025, Winowin Consulting was recognised as a finalist in the Ausmumpreneur Awards in the Making a Difference (Business) category, and received an Honourable Mention in the Professional Service Business category.

But more than credentials, what I bring is a particular kind of experience — the kind you only get from actually being inside businesses as they scale. From seeing what breaks, what holds, and what makes the difference between a founder who’s trapped in her business and one who’s genuinely leading it.

HOW I WORK

I don't consult from a distance.
I work from the inside.

Every engagement begins with getting clear — a thorough diagnosis of where the business is operationally, what’s working, what’s fragmented, and what the infrastructure needs to look like to support the next stage of growth.
From there, I design and build. Systems architecture, workflows, SOPs, automations, team structure — all designed intentionally, not cobbled together in the gaps between everything else.

And for founders who are ready to fully step out of operations, I step in as an ongoing operational partner — coordinating the team, managing execution, and running the operational layer of the business so the founder doesn’t have to.

The result is a business that can grow without depending on its founder to function. A business the founder has actually built — not just built around herself.

What guides the work

1
Structure creates freedom.

I believe that real freedom — the kind that lets you step back, take a holiday, and trust that the business keeps moving — doesn't come from working harder. It comes from building a business that's structurally capable of running without you. That's what drives every decision I make in a client's business.

2
Execution is where strategy lives or dies.

A good strategy on paper means nothing if the operational infrastructure can't support it. I'm not here to give you ideas. I'm here to make sure the ideas actually get built, properly, and that the business can carry them forward after I'm done.

3
Partnership over transactions.

I don't work in one-off projects. I work in relationships. The founders I partner with are building something long-term, and they need an operational partner who understands their vision and is genuinely invested in the outcome. That's the only way I know how to work.

4
Calm over chaos.

One of my core goals in every engagement is to reduce the noise — the mental load, the decision fatigue, the reactive firefighting that keeps founders stuck in operations. A well-built business should feel calm to run. That's the standard I work toward.

A strategy call with me isn’t a sales pitch. It’s a real conversation about where your business is, what’s keeping you stuck in the day-to-day, and what the operational infrastructure you need actually looks like.

If it makes sense to work together, we’ll talk about that too. But the call is valuable either way.
